Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Purchased items will be shipped from our warehouse location within 1-2 business days of the order.

Customs and import taxes

*Please note we are not responsible for paying any additional taxes/and or duties. Any customs duty and/or taxes is paid by the receiver.

We endeavor to have your order processed within 2 working days.

CANADA (STANDARD DELIVERY)

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

  • Two business days for local mail

  • Three business days within the province

  • Four days for national mail

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

REGULAR DELIVERY TO UNITED STATES

The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is four to seven business days.
